Paula had died yesterday.
That was all that went through Tony’s mind.
He had watched her die by a bomber’s hand to save everyone.

The one person who had been charged with clearing the room where the bomb was

Yet, nothing was done to the one who was told to clear the room.
Due to her having friends that people wanted.
Ziva wasn’t even reprimanded.
And Paula died yesterday.
And no one commented on it.
