Great little one-shot with an interesting story line to with it. As you are so good at these type of story scenarios. I tell the next story to be told should involve Harry after Umbridge bans him from Quidditch for life. He needs to first see if she has the power and authority to make such a claim and use that to get himself and the twins reinstated. Also have her charged with theft of their brooms. It should go where he gets in contact with someone in Games and Sports to find out does a school administrator holding a job she and the minister created really have power to keep someone from play quidditch at school and in the future for a national team.

Article IV – Take Two: Magical Version

Harry was stunned that a Ministry Lackey would dare steal a piece of personal property worth thousands and think she could get away with it because she had blackmail on people she worked with at the Ministry.
She was calmly sitting at the staff’s meal table in the Great Hall after her announcement that he and the twins would be banned forever from playing an International Game and as such she had confiscated their personal property as though it was her right.
Yet no one on the staff, not even Dumbledore, said a word against the bed banger of the Minister, till Harry stood up, hemmed several times to get attention much like she had, then summoned a messenger patronus to send an important message to the International Head of the Game and Sports Board over Brooming Sports to ask if she had these rights. Watching as she and Dumbledore both spit taked their meal that he had dared to do this; he sent the messenger on after stating his name as the questioner and ending it with the name the world knew him by. The-Boy-Who-Lived.

It sailed on its way and Umbridge stammered the word Detention out into the room as though that would end it, but Harry just summoned a second messenger patronus and used it to query the International Education Board on if a Ministry official that was still working for the Minister and had not passed any of their NEWTS Nationally or Internationally could be deemed qualified to teach Defense at an Internationally recognized school. And sent that on after ending with the statement from the end of WWII or the magical version called the Grindelwald War. The quoted verse was directly from both terms of what was called the Nuremberg Defense where it stated that all those governments that signed the UN or ICW Charter must go along with was that “There was no defense for those following an illegal order and knowing so. That when brought to trial later on they would be deemed just as guilty for doing the deed as those who ordered it done. Even if they were ‘Just Following Orders.’
“So said Article IV of the Nuremberg International Laws.”

Sending that one off as well and afterwards saluting her at her scream of Detention for the rest of the year!, with a two-finger salute while claiming, “God Save the Queen!”

Umbridge was later arrested for Child Abuse and Torture of Children, plus Crimes Against Humanity. Fudge denied any responsibility for her actions during her time at the school that was now being investigated by the ICW for the staff to probably be up on charges of the quoted International Laws.
From there it wasn’t long before the International Body took over Fudge’s Ministry until a legal one could be voted on. Riddle being hunted with his troops by the International Hit Wizards when proof was given to his surviving. They were deemed a threat to the International Community for putting the Statute in danger and the muggles finding out about magic due to their probable actions in the future.
And the downfall of all this was the stealing of personal property while thinking they could get away with it.
