Personally, Harry thought the device was too good to pass up and had had Dobby pop in to get him one of each type to experiment with over the summer and the upcoming year.
Maybe send one of the better ones to Sirius, who had followed his advice and named his little out of the way place Neverland and was enjoying the books Harry had Dobby send along with them a lot.
