SSA Richard “Ric” Balboa watched as SSA Gibbs just sat at his desk and glared at his computer monitor…. Still. Something he had been doing ever since his 2iC had called in the computer tech up from Norfolk to post the facial recognition picture stream of the terrorist who had invaded Gibb’s territory and dared to get away on it.
Mind you he yelled and threw tantrums if he was pulled away to actually do his job. Unless it had to do with capturing his Great White Whale as his 2iC called it.

Ric sighed as he couldn’t put it off any longer as Gibbs team was being put in danger by his actions.
He picked up the phone and made the called to involuntarily commit the man for 72 hours for testing as he deemed Gibbs not in his full mind anymore.
