Journey of Self
Chapter Two:
While pure and total chaos was behind him in LA, Buck slowly made his way up the coast. Pulling into view turnouts and getting videos of the scenic wonders as he traveled. A camera on his dashboard caught the drive.
Doing an overnight stay at a little town’s B&B, before heading on his way again. Arriving at the campgrounds later that day and setting up camp for the first time in years.
He had maps of where drones were allowed and planned to head out later in the week, but for now, he was just going to zen and relax. Get his head turned back to where it needed to be.
He was one of only a few in the tent section as all the rest were in RVs and motorhomes. As such, he was able to set up his recording system to capture his tent, him in front of it, and the massive trees behind them, in one shot. Then without saying a word, he pulled out his old Gibson guitar, tuned it up the old, non-electronic way, and began to play a Vivaldi piece, Largo. Its haunting, yet gentile melody blending in with his surroundings, and fading away with the evening light, to darkness as he shut down the camera.

After a few days of exploring and recording, he had permission for an early morning drone flying session and headed off while it was still dark out.
Recording the sunrise over the lightly snowed upon autumn-colored trees.
