Agent Jones had a few more questions to ask Agent DiNozzo before wrapping up the case of the death of Officer Rivkin. However, Rivkin’s body had been taken out of the country under the orders of the Director of the little pissant agency. The body, along with his witnesses and possible espionage agent Daveed without authorization from her or her superiors at the Office of Inspector General. She who was in charge of clearing everything for those in Congress and the President about a rogue agent from Israel working in the US to kill its citizens and AN AGENT OF HOMELAND WHILE TRYING TO KILL A SECRERTARY UNDER THE SAME PRESIDENT.

Now she finds that this pissant Director of this pissant agency that is causing the international incident is in the PAY of another country’s intelligence agency’s director. The same intelligence director who has demanded the body of the agent who took down his “rogue” agent as a sacrificial victim for the death of an agent who shouldn’t have been in the country in the first place?!

Unlike the agent’s direct superior who ordered the injured agent aboard the military plane to Tel Aviv, SHE knew it was wrong on so many levels it wasn’t funny and called HER superior who call the big bosses who called the Israeli Prime Minister to tell him off about HIS director going rogue and attempting to sacrifice THEIR agent to cover up the fact he had HISA agent attempt to ASSASSINATE a Secretary of the military. THE PRESIDENT wanted HEADS and HE wanted them NOW or Israel could FORGET getting the any more supplies or military backing if they were allowing their intelligence agencies to assassinate the US’ administration! Remember. THIS WASN’T THE FIRST TIME Eli Daveed was associated with attempting to decapitate the US. It happened with his son who was leading terrorists to assassinate the President’s predecessor.
The President warned the Prime Minister that the US took a very dim view of terrorist states which if this was left to stand Israel would be known as. Therefore, find HIS agent and get him to the Embassy to be sent home and arrest the US director and HIS subordinate for allowing Eli Daveed to have his sacrificial victim.

The ‘or else’ was left unsaid, but both knew it was meant and the newest shipments of needed military supplies were going to be held hostage until it was taken care of.

Israeli military invaded the Mossad headquarters under gunfire and explosions shouting the orders of the Prime Minister to “Stand Down” over loudspeakers and bullhorns. Those resisting were shot and killed, including Eli’s daughter. Eli was shot to injure as was Gibbs while Vance was just thrown down and arrested. DiNozzo was flown immediately to the hospital to get his injuries looked at and the head of the US Embassy was called in to be his Medical Power of Attorney for now.

Vance and the quickly patched up Gibbs were shoved onto a chopper and flown out to a US military ship in the Gulf. There they were transferred to a military transport to Greece and another transport to the US from there.

Tony was sent to the US in luxury aboard the captured Mossad plane that was now part of the Prime Minister’s planes.
Aboard was a member of OIG who debriefed him for further charges against ex-director Vance and ex-agent Gibbs. The charges? Consorting with a terrorist to murder a federal agent. Extortion. And Espionage Against the US. Treason Acts during Wartime tat would see the death penalty enacted when, not if, they were found guilty.

The new Director sent in to clean up the pissant agency, ordered a true audit on everything including the labs and morgue. The lab that had the tech throwing tantrums was written off and out as being so out of code and the tech had loudly proclaimed that she had made sure SHE wouldn’t have an audit in HER labs, so what the hell were they doing there?
She was arrested and every single case SHE had touched was now under review by the Office of Federal Standards.
The ME was forcibly retired right on the fact that he hadn’t been overseeing the out-of-control tech as was his job. A new tech and ME were brought in. It was duly noted that both tech and ME had been close friends of the traitor Gibbs and were both known to follow him no matter what he said or did.

The other team member on ex-agent Gibbs’ team, McGee, was audited and then arrested for disobeying his secrecy contract with his books. It seems he had been allowed to use current cases in his books and real-life people to their detriment.
He, too, was sent to prison and had to pay his publisher back the advance money they had paid him for the books. He also had to pay his victim, one James Palmer, for losing the court case in the Defamation of Character and Character Assassination he did against Palmer in his books.

DiNozzo was allowed to medically retire with the agency now forced to fully pay all his medical bills until his death for what they allowed to be done to him.
He moved to a warmer state and away from the frozen wasteland the East became in the winters. There he really did become a college professor of movie arts.
Staying right up to his late retirement, then staying near the campus for the movie clubs he started.
His funeral, when it happened long after his medical retirement from the agency, was well attended, and the wake afterwards was a movie marathon of Noir Films, starting with his beloved Christmas movie. At the end when the bell in the tree rang, so did hand bells in the room from every one of his old students, wishing him on his next adventure as an angel.
