HP, Sirius Black

In some fanfiction they talk about a Legacy Vault noble houses would keep.
The legacy Vault is generally a sperm or possibly egg bank of past Lords/Ladies/Heirs/Patriarchs/Matriarchs.

So, thinking on those lines why couldn’t someone use those in another way such as blood adoption rituals?

I was thinking that Sirius Black could have used something like this and become a Potter (If he had been adopted in or even a Black of another line) Changing his identity. The same going for Harry who could have decided to leave and then change his identity to someone like Sirius Uncle. Using the excuse that the Current Lord Black while alive as a measure to ensure line continuation arrange to have another heir before his death. – Samsas

It was the day after his best friends and partners deaths at the hands of madmen. Madmen the man they all trusted with his family’s lives betrayed. It was Albus’ lies that had talked them into using a charm to hide them with his doing the charm using Peter after weeks of ear whispers to con them into using him. The same discussion and agreement done in front of the memory crystals Lily had talked the two adult males in her life to placing around her house.
It was Albus who did the charm to hide their property with Peter as the Secret Keeper in front of those same crystals.

It was Peter who was the one who told the Secret to their Enemy, just as it was Peter who had a look of lust at Lily as he stood next to their sworn enemy as the enemy cast spells at James and then Lily. Then grabbed the Enemy’s weapon and fled in his rat form after his new Master was destroyed.
It was Albus’ minion who had literally grabbed a sobbing Harry away from him, his second father by blood adoption, on both parts. A minion who, again, showed up in the crystals as almost harming a human baby to get his way in obeying Albus. Something he would have, if Sirius hadn’t just given in and went along for Harry’s safety.

Sirius had felt the compulsion to go after the rat immediately and just knew it had come from Albus as a means to get rid of him. That was why he popped of to the shared Potter Legacy Vault at the bank. It was there that he finished the ritual they had started earlier in the year before James and Lily were forced behind the wards of the cottage. The Legacy Vaults in the Ancient Families held the genetic samples of the families going back to their Founders. It was these that allowed blood adoption of others into their families. And it was this use the Sirius, now Johnathan Charles Potter, used them with all the legal ramifications and paperwork that went with them.

It was with this that he had forced the ministry to allow his entrance into the cottage to force the entailment spell to return everything stolen or taken from there. Along with the magical aura or those that had taken the items. Finding most of the taken items, including James’ Cloak and Lily’s work journals, had Albus magical fingerprints on them. Prints he forced the ministry Aurors to take samples of. Just as he forced them to write down that they recognized his knowledge and removal for prosecution purposes the memory crystals from the cottage. Even though the Head Auror, Moody, tried to stop him, he was stopped by the Family Magic going out from everything John now carried as warding him against one they saw as an enemy.
Moody’s charmed body parts stopped working, including his leg which caused him to collapse onto the floor and his wand to fly away from him and embed itself into the magical stove. Both the wooden leg and wand went up in flames from the reaction of Moody trying to take Family entailed items away from family.

An Internationally recognized law firm was hired to represent the Potter Family in the matters against Albus and his theft and claims against the one now known as dead, Sirius Orion Black. Claims that Sirius was a Death Eater, the right hand of his family’s enemy, and claims that it was he, that had betrayed his family to his mortal enemy. In return a new claim was made against Albus that in his wish to control the Potter Estates, he KILLED Black and attempted to kill the Longbottom’s who were the others named in the Potter wills. Proof of which was in the crystals that showed it was ALBUS who talked the family into using Peter, and it was ALBUS who had laid the charm. Therefore, it was ALBUS who lied about Black being the Secret Keeper and Betraying his family.
It was ALBUS who sealed the wills before the Potter bodies were even cold. According to REGENT Longbottom, it was ALBUS she gave the slip of paper with her family’s Secret on it so he could send a healer to them for her grandson’s cold.
It was ALBUS’ healer they were told to expect at the same time they were ATTACKED. An attack that took out her family except her grandson, Neville Francis.

Funny that the two listed in the wills of the Potters were both taken out within hours of Albus sealing the wills in a secret Wizengamot meeting of only his followers isn’t it.
Funny how the one name listed in both wills as the ones their son was NOT to go to because he would be abused there, was the place Albus sent him.
That placement into the records of the health of The-Boy-Who-Lived after only a few days under the Muggle’s care was the end of any chance Albus Dumbledore had of getting out of the trial alive. He was found guilty on all counts and Kissed within 10 minutes of his immediate sentence.
Sirius, now John, was given full custody of his son and the two of them disappeared to a place Harry’s parents had discussed hiding at.
A small island in the Caribbeans where they both enjoyed the quiet life.
